Weekend Fun

There was lots of singing and dancing in my apartment this weekend and a lovely performance of Aaron Carter's "Aaron's party" by yours truly. I'm still waiting on those fabulous pictures to be uploaded. It was a great way to end a busy week by enjoying the company of my friends and sharing a glass of wine over laughter.

Fun little story for you: I had to go to the ER to get a piercing removed. not fun at all but hilarious all the same. I got my tragus pierced which I was absolutely obsessed with. I had it for about 2 weeks and then one morning I woke up and the earring was gone, cue mental breakdown, throwing things around my room, and lots of tears. 6 hours later I finally calmed down and realized I had to see what was causing my ear so much pain. My friends tried to pull the backing out but it was stuck and I couldn't deal with the pain anymore so we were off to the ER. Besides the horrible pain I was in, my friend A kept me laughing through the whole traumatic experience. And believe it or not, my skin had grown over the earring so I had to get my teeny tiny tragus numbed and sliced open to find the earring and take it out. I left the ER with stitches and a new bracelet! (Yes, I do mean a hospital bracelet but... at least it was monogrammed!)
