Sometimes I wish I could just float away and let the wind take me far away.

Yoga Time!
Tuesdays and Thursdays I am able to relax my body by going to yoga class. Gerri my instructor is FABULOUS! Tuesday's class was a "hip opening" class. And Gerri said that after this class women typically get a little moody... if you know what I mean. Because of these hip movements, our bodies release all of this energy, so naturally emotions are increased.
During today's class I noticed that Gerri has a total of 5 tattoos. I'm not sure the meaning of them but because she is so spiritual I am sure they have important meanings. Plus, my instructor is hilarious and the hour and a half class goes by really fast which is nice.
I just love the feeling I get after the class ends. It's the greatest satisfaction and really a healing process for your body. Although my back tends to hurt when I wake up the next day but oh well!
So far these are my favorite yoga poses:
So until next time, namaste.

Later That Day...
I went to Yoga and I fell in love.
And the best part of the class is that it is held in my dorm... oh how I love my school! My instructor is really nice but very into her class. It's a fast paced "power yoga" class and believe it or not two guys are in it. Calming music was being played as colorful mats were placed on the floor. Gerri {my instructor} said, "Yoga is something really powerful, you can show your friends all your cool yoga tricks by the end of the semester." Then she said, "After doing yoga your body will be able to do things you didn't think they could do." Ummm I'm sorry what?! Laydee we don't really need to be hearing this kind of talk at 2 in the afternoon please get back to the class. Everyone got a good laugh and then it was back to downward facing dog and child's play.
This week the weather has been wonderful and the weekend forecast is in the 50's! Yay for NC winter weather. I just unpacked a package that my Dad sent me full of winter coats, hats, scarves and gloves. Looks like I won't be needing them anytime soon.
Saw this trailer today and for once I am looking forward to Valentine's Day. {Perhaps it will be better than the one I had in 7th grade where I had 5 boyfriends. It was great.}
{tee squared no more. oh well.}
{oh yea and it's it funny that T-Swizzle was wearing her lucky #13 on her hand. She probably fought with the producer and said she would only do the show if she was allowed to keep the # on her hand. That's ok though, I still somewhat like her. Although I am getting sick of her music.}

Today
I am so happy today is already Thursday. This week have flown by and that's exactly what I needed it to do!
Hopefully my yoga class will keep me relaxed. Weekend you are almost here! Longer post once I get out of bed.

Read quietly then send it on its Journey…
To realize
The value of a sister/brother
Ask someone
Who doesn't have one.
To realize
The value of ten years:
Ask a newly
Divorced couple.
To realize
The value of four years:
Ask a graduate.
To realize
The value of one year:
Ask a student who
Has failed a final exam.
To realize The value of nine months:
Ask a mother who gave birth to a stillborn.
To realize
The value of one month:
Ask a mother
Who has given birth to
A premature baby.....
To realize
The value of one week:
Ask an editor of a weekly newspaper.
To realize
The value of one minute:
Ask a person
Who has missed the train, bus or plane.
To realize
The value of one-second:
Ask a person
Who has survived an accident.
Time waits for no one.
Treasure every moment you have.
You will treasure it even more when
You can share it with someone special.
To realize the value of a friend or family member:
LOSE ONE.
The origin of this letter is unknown,
But it brings good luck to everyone who passes it on.

Fearless
“FEARLESS” is not the absence of fear. It’s not being completely unafraid. To me, FEARLESS is having fears. FEARLESS is having doubts. Lots of them. To me, FEARLESS is living in spite of those things that scare you to death. FEARLESS is falling madly in love again, even though you’ve been hurt before. FEARLESS is walking into your freshmen year of high school at fifteen. FEARLESS is getting back up and fighting for what you want over and over again…even though every time you’ve tried before, you’ve lost. It’s FEARLESS to have faith that someday things will change. FEARLESS is having the courage to say goodbye to someone who only hurts you, even if you can’t breathe without them. I think it’s FEARLESS to fall for your best friend, even though he’s in love with someone else. And when someone apologizes to you enough times for things they’ll never stop doing, I think it’s FEARLESS to stop believing them. It’s FEARLESS to say “you’re NOT sorry”, and walk away. I think loving someone despite what people think is FEARLESS. I think allowing yourself to cry on the bathroom floor is FEARLESS. Letting go is FEARLESS. Then, moving on and being alright…That’s FEARLESS too. But no matter what love throws at you, you have to believe in it. You have to believe in love stories and prince charmings and happily ever after. That’s why I write these songs. Because I think love is FEARLESS."
- Taylor Swift
This week brings many new beginnings for me and I have to learn how to set myself free and be fearless. I can't be afraid anymore. I will be strong. I have to be ready to be put into a situation and learn how to come out of it with a smile on my face regardless of the outcome. It may be hard but I know I can do it.
So here is to a new semester, with new friends, new experiences, laughter, sadness, but most importantly to know that:

It's Almost Over
Pretty soon I will be leaving my wonderful home. The place I love the most.
Every time I come home I learn to love my city more and more. I never thought it would happen, I always thought as soon as I left I wouldn't want to come back. But now I'm having second thoughts. Funny how some things work out.
It took me awhile to see the real beauty of Pittsburgh. Now I can't get enough.
But I'm looking forward to a new semester at school and seeing all my friends. Last night my sweets and I video-chatted and got some laughs in. I really looking forward to being back in my room with my sweets and hanging out in the bathroom and going through each others cabinets searching for food! Oh the life of a college student! My sweets and I already have plans the day we get back to go on our famous "teeter" runs and watch the hangover.
I must go and get ready for a fun night filled with dinner and the People's choice awards with some good friends!
