It's Tradition

So every year for my birthday I like to get creative and make a power point presentation to show my parents what I am asking for. I know, I know sounds like a waste of time. But I have so much fun making it and it just gets me SO excited for my big day! Plus stores have already put out Halloween decorations which REALLy means it is almost my birthday!!! YAY! This year I am during TWENTY... good bye to the teenage years (: Unfortunately I am a little stumped as to what to ask for. Do you have any ideas? What do fall fashions do you have your eyes on?

Oh P.S. IT'S FALL!! But it won't feel like fall here in NC until November. boo.

GOAAAALLLLLL

I scored my first goal for the season this past Saturday at our game against Elon University. It was a beautiful goal and I am so happy with my performance. We were suppose to be traveling to Clemson on Saturday... but the rain had other plans for us. We left our campus at 8:11 am thanks to some girls being late, got a phone call at 8:30 am from Clemson and were on our way back to High Point at 8:31 am. I hate when plans get changed.

Being as Busy as a Bee ... isn't Fun

This week is going to be a nightmare. So much to do and NEVER enough time. And when exactly am I suppose to have time to relax??? Two tests and a project this week... how lovely. I don't like when my planner is packed with events like that. I need October break to get here NOW! Only 25 days luckily... I think I can wait until then. And today is the first day of Fall! Which means only 39 days till I'm TWENTY!!!! I think I need to get off the computer now. Perhaps I will read "Queen of Babble Gets Hitched". It's only Monday readers... we have awhile to go :(

The Day I Have Been Waiting For...

These past few weeks while I have been at school I have met the two loveliest girls. And now that I have met them I honestly don't know what I would do without them. Going a whole day without seeing C or S is the hardest 24 hours of my life. As soon as I met them it was like we had an instant bond and we became the very best of friends. Tonight I went to their apartment and they cooked me dinner and we just talked and had a wonderful time. I hope to make some wonderful memories with them throughout the year. After all, we are obsessed with each other. And isn't it ironic that the sorority they are in celebrates National Women's Friendship??? Thank goodness I met them, now we can celebrate together. Here's to a wonderful lifetime of friendship C and S. Happy National Women's Friendship Month!

High Point Country Club... It's not a University

This why I love my school. This laundry service makes me laugh because we have free laundry at school but you know there will be people paying for this service. And isn't it a good one! I'm going to have to stop by the Concierge Desk later today to drop off some sweaters that need to be dry cleaned. Ahhhh the life of a High Point Country Club member... I mean University student. And next week I will be attending Cal Ripkin Jr's speech. And having my dad involved in baseball, he wishes he went to school here. It's Wednesday, thank goodness!

ABC, 123

It's my cousins' first day of school. L is going into middle school and S will be a junior in high school. These beautiful cousins of mine are the sisters I never had so I will be a nervous wreck all day that they have a friend to sit with at lunch and that L will be able to open her locker. I can't wait to get phone calls later letting me know they made it through the day. Good Luck to everyone going back to school!
