Hello Beautiful
Filming for New Moon began in March and pictures have already been leaked online. If you haven't read the books... READ THEM! Obviously, they are not as good and will NEVER be better than Harry Potter but you will get hooked to Edward Cullen's charming ways. And every girl wishes she was Miss Bella Swan in real life. Dream on girls, it's only fiction.

SWEEP DREAMS

Forget tradition. Sidney Crosby is ready to create his own legacy for these Pittsburgh Penguins.
Bucking years of superstitious belief, Crosby happily pulled the Prince of Wales Trophy out of the hands of NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly and posed for pictures holding the trophy -- even calling alternate captains Sergei Gonchar and Evgeni Malkin to join in.
For years, such behavior around the trophy awarded to the Eastern Conference playoff champion was considered taboo. The thinking went something like this: Why celebrate with the conference championship trophy when there is a bigger trophy still up for grabs. The superstitious lot actually believed it was bad luck -- and poor form -- to be caught touching said trophy, and more than one captain in the past decade has gone to great lengths to limit exposure.
Crosby himself avoided the trophy like the plague last spring after his team beat the Philadelphia Flyers to advance to the Stanley Cup Final. But such restraint and conformity to the old-school way of thinking didn't pay off as the Pens lost to Detroit in a six-game Final.
"We didn't touch the trophy last year, and obviously we didn't have the result we wanted," Crosby said. "We figured we'd touch it this year. Although we haven't accomplished exactly what we want, we still accomplished something here. You know, we can still enjoy it."

Before there was gossip... there was once a girl.

Hey Upper East Siders, Gossip Girl here and do I have the biggest news ever! The big day has finally arrived and I'm dreading it. How can I possibly go 3 months without all the gossip? Congratulations to the Constance Billard and St. Jude Grads. But of course before they switch their tassels "one last gossip bomb will drop." Oh and Chuck dear, PLEASE tell Miss Blair that you love her.

how much is the doggie in the window?

Hello everyone, I would like to introduce you to Miss Dolly Madison! She is the newest member of the Tumbas family and is a real joy. She is so fun to play with and makes us all laugh. She loves helping my dad water the flowers and enjoys chewing on those sticks! My mother also enjoys taking her on walks and LOVES when Dolly Madison gets
oh but waitttttt my parents will never get me a dog. awesome.
For the last month in school my friend got a dog for her birthday (beth, your mother is the coolest) and she kept the dog in the dorm... in our RA's room. She got a Chow Chow Golden Retriever mix... at least that's what she was told. His name is Simba and he was the King of the Complex. I loved him and miss him everyday. It was just so much fun to go and be with this little guy whenever I wanted. I loved taking him on walks and playing with him. He loved to watch Gossip Girl and eat the rope on my J.Crew sweaters. One day at the dog park, Simba learned how to play with the dogs, and Beth said, "This is the happiest day of my life." I can't wait to say the same for my little bundle of joy when he or she learns to run around with the other dogs.
And then this morning my neighbor's girlfriend brings her little brown labrador retriever over. I ALMOST DIEDDD. While brown labs aren't my favorite, I WOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM! And most likely named him Geno Malkin. He was the runt of the litter but he was the cutest thing I have ever seen. Apart from the time that I saw Libby as a puppy (: He ran around and chewed on my fingers. I scratched his belly and held him till he had to leave. Then it was back to reality. No dog. No joy. No fun. As Lindsay Lohan said in Freaky Friday, my parents are "Fun Suckers."
So for all you dog owners, when you are dreading walking your dog in the rain and snow be happy you have one. Because someone in Pittsburgh, PA would LOVE to be you.
"If only I could have a puppy
I'd call myself so very lucky
Just to have some company
To share a cup of tea with me
I'd take my puppy everywhere"
I'd call myself so very lucky
Just to have some company
To share a cup of tea with me
I'd take my puppy everywhere"

Muggles Only

This movie is going to be the darkest of times and you better have your wand at the ready. Filming has already taken place for the final movie, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The fortunate thing is that the book is sooooo long (not really is was shorter than the 6th) that the Director, David Yates is filming the movie in 2 parts... THANK GOD! Below are a few photos of the 7th movie as well as the final trailer for the 6th. Enjoy!

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!
Happy Mother's Day to all those great Moms! Mommy I love you and thank you for all that you do. Today my Mommy and I walked in the Race for the Cure. I was so happy to see so many survivors walking and they all looked so happy. And for everyone who has lost a loving member of their family, I am deeply sorry.
Check out Taylor Swift's video for "Best Day." Definitely a personal favorite.
