I've always enjoyed reading but I LOVE when I find a book that I can't put down. My mom read Water For  Elephants awhile ago but I never had the interest to read it until the movie trailer came out. I am definitely one of those people that has to read the book before I see the movie. If I don't, then I just feel as if the story is ruined. So, I bought the book on my iPad and I haven't stopped reading since! It's THAT good.

Timex® traveler watch

I have had my big blue eyes on the Timex watch for some time now and when they came out with the Women's watch I was so excited! I bought this watch about a month ago and I just love it! The only problem I have with it, is that the watch you see above is exactly the watch you get. All the cute colored bands cost extra. Now you better believe I bought another strap, I wasn't about to wear the green one all the time.

Does anyone else have the Timex Watch?

I'm so excited! 

Yesterday I got a "BBM" (Blackberry Message) from my good friend sCe saying I won her giveaway. My immediate response? "SHUT UP!!!!" I could not stop laughing that I finally won! I just couldn't believe it. Luckily for me that my name was picked out of the hat! I can't wait to post a picture of me debuting my new "dayna" skirt. Let's Hear It For The Boy(s)

This past weekend my friend and I drove to Winston-Salem to see the Indiana University and Wake Forest Men's Lacrosse game. I was so excited to go because my brother coaches for Indiana. It was a great day for the bros to do some laxin'. Unfortunately the Hoosiers didn't win but it was a great game regardless. I'm so happy I was able to spend some time with my brother after the game and catch up with him. Now I'm counting the days till I see him again. Good Luck with the rest of your season Hoosiers!

Happy Friday!

So happy the weekend is finally here!

After recent events I have decided to do something for myself each and everyday. 

Just something simple like: painting my nails, video chatting with a friend, or grabbing starbucks.

I have realized that I need to appreciate everyday I have.

It's Super Bowl Sunday and in the Land of 412 everyone is hoping for a Steeler Victory. 

I'll be playing Wiz Khalifa's "Black and Yellow" on repeat all day long. 

Not only is it Super Bowl Sunday but my beloved Penguins are playing the Capitals today.

It's the Winter Classic all over again. 

No HBO cameras today.
