Dear John,

I just watched the trailer for this movie and made my "sweet" mates watch it as well. THIS LOOKS AMAZING! I really want to go see it but I don't think I will be able to wait until February, so I think what I will do is go buy the book and read it on my trip to go back home. I think that sounds like a solid plan. And the fact that Channing Tatum is in this movie just makes it about 100 times BETTER!

Here is the synopsis:

An angry rebel, John dropped out of school and enlisted in the Army, not knowing what else to do with his life--until he meets the girl of his dreams, Savannah. Their mutual attraction quickly grows into the kind of love that leaves Savannah waiting for John to finish his tour of duty, and John wanting to settle down with the woman who captured his heart.
